    History and examination

    Cycles 60 to 120 days apart, four years after menarche. Hirsutism (modified Ferriman-Gallwey 11), acne, acanthosis nigricans at the neck. Blood pressure 118/76. No galactorrhoea, no virilisation, normal thyroid.
